Terms of service.

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using Symt services you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you have a signed agreement with Symt (for example an Enterprise Sovereign license), that agreement controls where it differs.

2. The service

Symt provides location-intelligence software: APIs for routing, distance matrices, geocoding, isochrones, map matching, dispatch, map tiles and SDKs, and static maps — offered as a managed service and as self-hosted software.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep API keys confidential and rotate them if exposed.
• Use the service lawfully, and not to endanger, surveil, or discriminate against individuals.
• Respect the usage limits of your plan; we throttle before we bill surprises.
• Ensure you have rights to any data you load into a deployment.

4. Your data and results

You own the data you submit and the datasets you load. You may store, cache, and build products on API results, subject to the data-credit requirements described in our Data & Licensing page. We claim no rights over your results beyond what is needed to operate the service.

5. Our software and data

Symt’s software, styles, and proprietary data layers are licensed, not sold. Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable, scoped by your plan or agreement. Third-party components and datasets remain under their own licenses.

6. Fees

Paid plans bill monthly from the console; sovereign licenses bill per their agreement. Fees are exclusive of taxes. We may change list pricing with 30 days’ notice, which never affects a signed term mid-term.

7. Availability & support

Managed-service SLAs are stated per plan (99.9% on Growth, 99.99% on Sovereign support agreements) with service credits as the remedy. Status is published at status.symt.ai.

8. Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Maps describe the world; the world changes. Do not use Symt as the sole safety mechanism for life-critical navigation. Each party’s aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts for material breach after notice where practicable. On termination you can export your data from the console for 30 days. Perpetual sovereign licenses survive per their terms.

10. Governing law

Unless your agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with disputes resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
